“Layers of Love”
“Layers of Love” is a reflection on patience and the beauty of becoming. Each layer gives something to the next—color, depth, movement—and each asks me to slow down, allow space, and trust what is still taking shape.
Some marks remain visible; others soften or get covered, yet every layer contributes to the finished work. Nothing arrives all at once.
This painting reminds me that we, too, become in layers. Through love, uncertainty, and time, something beautiful takes shape. We cannot always see it while we are in the middle of it. Sometimes, we simply have to trust the process.
